No. All subscription tools run in your web browser. Downloadable template packs require software that opens the file formats listed on the product page.

We do not currently offer a free trial. Each product page describes in detail what the tool does and what is included so you can judge whether it fits before subscribing.

Plans differ by how many tools you can access, your monthly generation allowance, processing priority, and the number of team members. The pricing page has a full comparison table.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account dashboard at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing date.

You can upgrade your plan for a higher allowance, or wait until it resets at the start of your next billing period. Allowances do not carry over.

Yes. Annual billing costs less than paying monthly for twelve months. The saving for each plan is shown on the pricing page when you switch to annual.

Services do not renew automatically. At the end of each service period, you will receive an invoice or payment request by email for the services provided during that period. Payment is due in accordance with the payment terms stated on the invoice or payment request.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Only methods that are enabled on our account are displayed.

Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page and are not stored on our servers. We receive only a transaction reference and the result.

Prices can be displayed and charged in AED, USD or EUR. Use the currency selector in the site header. Your bank may still apply its own conversion or fees.

Check your card details and billing address, and confirm with your bank that online payments are enabled. If it continues to fail, contact support.

AI tools produce useful drafts but can contain errors. Always review output before relying on or publishing it. It is not a substitute for professional advice.

Yes. Content you generate is yours to use, including commercially. You are responsible for reviewing it and ensuring your use complies with applicable law.

The tools work with English and Arabic along with a range of other widely used languages. Quality is strongest in English.

Content you upload is stored against your account and is not shared with other customers or used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Cancel from the My Subscriptions section of your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

No. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and how much of the service has been used. The Refund Policy sets out what qualifies, what is excluded and how to request one.

Export anything you want to keep before your access ends. After expiry, content is retained for a limited period and then deleted.
