Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026

This policy explains how to cancel a subscription, when cancellation takes effect, and what happens to your access and data afterwards.

1. Your right to cancel

You may cancel any subscription at any time. There is no minimum contract period, no cancellation fee and no requirement to give a reason.

2. How to cancel

To cancel a subscription:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Open My Subscriptions from your dashboard.
  3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel.
  4. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.

You will receive an email confirming the cancellation. If you cannot access your account, send us a request using our contact form from your registered address and we will process the cancellation for you.

3. When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not end your current billing period.

  • Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • No further payments are taken after cancellation.
  • On the date your paid period ends, access to the subscription product stops and the subscription is marked as expired on your account.

For example, if you are on a monthly plan billed on the 15th and you cancel on the 20th, you keep access until the 15th of the following month, and no payment is taken on that date.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling a subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. Cancellation prevents future charges; it does not automatically return a payment already made.

Whether a payment already taken can be refunded is determined by our Refund Policy. Because services do not renew automatically, cancelling prevents any further service period from being started and invoiced.

5. End of a service period

Services do not renew automatically and no recurring payment is taken. At the end of each service period, we issue an invoice or payment request by email for the services provided during that period. You can review your service periods at any time under My Subscriptions.

6. Changing instead of cancelling

If your usage has changed, you may prefer to switch plans rather than cancel. Upgrades and downgrades can be made from your dashboard and take effect from your next service period.

7. Your content after cancellation

Content you created using the tools — documents, translations, saved projects — remains available while your subscription is active. We recommend exporting anything you wish to keep before your access ends.

After a subscription expires, associated content is retained for a limited period to allow for reactivation, and may then be deleted. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

Files from one-time downloadable purchases are unaffected by subscription cancellation and remain available from your account.

8. Reactivating

You can resubscribe at any time from your account. Reactivation after the retention period has passed does not restore previously deleted content.

9. Cancellation by us

We may cancel or suspend a subscription where there is a breach of our Terms & Conditions, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent use. Where we cancel a subscription without cause, we will refund the unused portion of the current billing period.

10. Contact
